    The following trends report includes data for the last 14 months.  The summary report is for January 2016, the most current month for when data is available.

    For homes priced between $450K – $650K, homes were staying on market an average of 53 days in January.  January was considered a seller’s market.

    In the $650K – $800K range, January was considered a “neutral market.”  Price per sq ft actually dropped from the month before, down to $292 per sq ft from $308 in December.

    Homes between $700K – $1 million also experienced a neutral market.  Of the 40 homes on market, seven went into escrow in January.

    January was a buyer’s market for homes priced above $1 million.  Of the 22 Camarillo homes available between $1 million – $1.5 million, three homes went into escrow.
