Camarillo Real Estate Market Trends Report March 2016

    The following trends report includes data for the last 14 months.  The summary report is for February 2016, the most current month for when data is available.

    For Buyers & Sellers!

    For Camarillo homes between $450,000 – $650,000, February was considered a Sellers Market.  However, the average sales price dropped from the month before by 1.3%, which is good news for buyers.

    It was a Buyer’s Market for Camarillo homes between $650,000 – $800,000.  The average sold price dropped over 3% from the month before.  There is nearly eight months of inventory in this range.

    Camarillo Properties between $700,000 – $1 million were also in a Buyer’s Market with Day’s on Market rising 28% from the month before.

    February was a neutral market for Camarillo & Santa Rosa Valley homes priced above $1 million.  The Average Sold Price per Square Footage was down 11.5% compared to the previous month and up 2% compared to last year.
