    For homes below $500,000January property sales were 6, down 25% from 8 in January of 2016 and 100% higher than the 3 sales in December 2016.

    For homes between $500,000 – $800,000January property sales were 26, up 100% from 13 in January of 2016 and 44.4% higher than the 18 sales in December 2016.

    November was a Buyer’s Market for homes between $1.2 Million –
    $2 Million;January property sales were 1, down 66.7% from 3 in January of 2016 and 66.7% lower than the 3 sales in December 2016.
