    For homes between $500,000 – $800,000March property sales were 19, down 9.5% from 21 in March of 2016 and 137.5% higher than the 8 sales in February.

    For homes between $1.2 Million – $2 Million; March property sales were 1, down 50% from 2 in March of 2016.
