    The following trends report includes data for the last 14 months.  The summary report is for January 2017, the most current month for when data is available.

    For homes priced below $400,0000, January property sales were 34, up 61.9% from 21 in January of 2016 and 39.3% lower than the 56 sales in December.

    For homes between $600,000 – $800,000, January property sales were 8, up 100% from 4 in January of 2016 and 27.3% lower than the 11 sales in December.

    For homes between $800,000 – $1 million, January property sales were 4, down 20% from 5 in January of 2016 and 33% lower than the 3 sales in December.

    For homes above $1 million, January property sales were 7, up 75% from 4 in January of 2016 and 22.2% lower than the 9 sales last month.
