    The following trends report includes data for the last 14 months.  The summary report is for February 2017, the most current month for when data is available.

    For homes priced below $400,0000, February property sales were 15, down 37.5% from 24 in February of 2016 and 37.5% lower than the 24 sales in January.

    For homes between $600,000 – $800,000, February property sales were 10, up 150% from 4 in February of 2016 and 25% lower than the 8 sales in January.

    For homes between $800,000 – $1 million, February property sales were 0, down 100% from 5 in February of 2016 and 100% lower than the 4 sales in January.

    For homes above $1 million, February property sales were 4, up 33.33% from 3 in February of 2016 and 42.9% lower than the 7 sales in January.
