    The following trends report includes data for the last 14 months.  The summary report is for March 2017, the most current month for when data is available.

    For homes priced below $400,0000, March property sales were 36, down 23.4% from 47 in March of 2016 and 125% higher than the 16 sales in February.

    For homes between $600,000 – $800,000, March property sales were 14, up 75% from 8 in March of 2016 and 40% higher than the 10 sales in February.

    For homes between $800,000 – $1 million, March property sales were 4, up 100% from 2 in March of 2016.

    For homes above $1 million, March property sales were 2, down 66.67% from 6 in March of 2016 and 50% lower than the 4 sales in February.
