    The following trends report includes data for the last 14 months.  The summary report is for April 2017, the most current month for when data is available.

    For homes priced below $400,0000, April property sales were 17, down 51.4% from 35 in April of 2016 and 54.1% lower than the 37 sales in March.

    For homes between $600,000 – $800,000, April property sales were 16, up 60% from 10 in April of 2016 and 14.3% higher than the 14 sales last month.

    For homes between $800,000 – $1 million, April property sales were 8, up 100% from 4 in April of 2016 and 100% higher than the 4 sales last month.

    For homes above $1 million, April property sales were 7, up 75% from 4 in April of 2016 and 250% higher than the 2 sales in March.
