For homes priced below $1 million there was One Sale in December, priced at $310 per sq ft. There is Two Months worth of inventory for homes priced below $1 million.
For homes priced between $1 million – $2 million, it continues to be a buyers market. There is over 5 months worth of inventory in this price range.
Most (but not all) of the properties priced above $ 2 million are 20 ac estates. Some are commercial ranches. There is over 8 months of inventory in this price range.
